Trusted by hundreds of firms worldwide, WorkSpace Manager is the industry-leading solution for implementing and maintaining matter-centric architectures in WorkSite.

This release provides major design enhancements to the query editor interface, simplified dialogs and a new template manager.  New features include:

• enhanced preview, multi-column sorting, column reordering and print capabilities for primary query results

• the ability to match existing categories, tabs, folders or searches by their internal “Project ID” for special-purpose jobs

Donna Bowen Bailey returns to DocAuto!

Returns as Southeastern Sales Manager after a 3 year absence

Donna has taken over the Southeastern United States territory vacated by Ray Diehl, who has moved on to IBM. “It’s an exciting time to return to DocAuto. Our development team is working on some very innovative new products. DocAuto Announces Expanded Support Hours

DocAuto now provides live telephone support from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern time from its headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.  This change is meant to better serve overseas and US West coast customers and partners.  The increased support staff is also developing a "DocAuto University" library of product videos that cover common sales, marketing, usage and support issues, and will be available through a secured login to the DocAuto web site, http://www.docauto.com/.  Several videos have already been posted.
