As many of you may be preparing to spend time with friends and family this holiday season, everyone at DocAuto would like to wish you Happy Holidays! We look forward to ringing in the New Year, and wish for a happy, healthy, and prosperous 2010 for all of our clients and partners. It is our goal in the coming year to continue to provide stellar products, support, and services. We will also be introducing some new products in early 2010 that will help to make WorkSite work even harder for you in your organization! Additionally, we are in the processing of migrating to SalesForce.com for our CRM system, which will allow us to provide even better customer service to our clients and partners, including a powerful self-service portal, with dynamically "suggested solutions" for common support questions, support issue tracking, and much more.
