This change is meant to better serve overseas and US West coast customers and partners. The Distributed System Connector for WorkSite completely reroutes all of the WorkSite document operations to handle them better in multi-database environments. Add-on to OutiM Server Facilitates User E-mail Filing

DocAuto, the leading provider of software solutions for Autonomy iManage WorkSite, announced today the release of OutiM Server Folder Manager, an add-on to DocAuto’s comprehensive OutiM Server e-mail management system. OutiM Server Folder Manager creates "pseudo Matter-Centric" filing locations for Exchange users directly in their Outlook mailbox based on their activity in WorkSite. Users can instantly move messages from their Inbox to a filing "destination" folder that automatically "maps" to an associated WorkSite destination WorkSpace or Folder. The moving of messages from Exchange can then be performed by OutiM Server or even other e‑mail processing methods. This makes the e-mail filing operation fast and easy.

OutiM Server Folder Manager can also delete folders, replace messages that have already been filed by other users with “links” to the content already in WorkSite, and can delete messages that have already been processed, or previously created links, keeping the collection of filing folders up-to-date automatically. OutiM Server Folder Manager also includes features that enhance the use of BlackBerry Enterprise Server.

This exciting new product is an add-in to iManage DeskSite or FileSite that allows users to quickly and easily import content, preserving organizational structures if desired, from native operating system folders and subfolders directly into WorkSite. New Release Extends Support for Autonomy iManage Records Manager

ATLANTA — January 26, 2010 — DocAuto, the leading provider of software solutions for Autonomy iManage WorkSite, announced today the release of Version 1.6.32 of its flagship product, WorkSpace Manager. Used by hundreds of firms worldwide, WorkSpace Manager is the industry-leading solution for implementing and maintaining matter-centric architectures in WorkSite.

This release incorporates extensive functionality for providing extended support for Autonomy’s iManage Records Manager (IRM) product. WorkSpace Manager now includes the ability to move documents into WorkSpace Folders based on whether or not they have been Declared as records, to Declare or Undeclare the documents in a Folder when documents are added to or removed from a Folder, or to Declare or Undeclare the entire contents of a WorkSpace, Tab, Search or Folder. Additionally, WorkSpace Manager includes the ability to Declare documents when they are moved from one database to another as part of its Archiving or Aging processing, as well as Undeclare documents that are being updated as part of the Aging processing, and then Re-declare them after they are updated.

DocAuto Invites Customers, Partners, and Others to Add Character to Our New Character

Naming Contest to Provide Involvement, Fun – and a Grand Prize

The ILTA Conference marked the debut of a new and significantly different message on behalf of our company, products and services. We added the motto “Functionality is a Function of You” to our proud logo, and introduced a brand new character to illustrate our overall message.

How did this character come about? First we confirmed that the DocAuto message is really about listening to IT professionals – our customers, prospective customers, partners – and anyone and everyone from whom we can learn and continue to enhance what we do. Our consistent goal of purposeful listening is matched by a commitment to flexibility. We understand that each client is unique. To best optimize the performance of WorkSite . . . for maximum user experience . . . and for the sake of reducing risk, we understand the need to treat each customer individually.

As a result, our “flexible listener” appears to be constructed of a rubber-like material, and is shown in a wide variety of poses that serve to demonstrate the points we highlight in our new collateral package and in our trade show display. He/she is purposely very neutral in appearance, signifying our response to the vast differentiation among our clients and prospective clients.

Therefore, we are launching a contest to name the character that has been featured in recent marketing materials and advertisements, as well as the cool USB keys we gave away at ILTA. Please enter our contest to name this character, according to the following contest rules:

President's Corner - Exciting Changes Ahead

Now that the dust has almost settled from our moving into our new, expanded space, we're looking at expanding our product offerings in many ways whether it’s in the depth of functionality in our existing products, adding new modules to our existing products (available as separate products as part of a broader product suite), or developing entirely new products. Much of what we're currently working on and planning for future releases involves our core products where we have deep strengths: matter-centric architecture management, e-mail management, and refiling and security management. Look for additional functionality in our "server-side" products: WorkSpace Manager, OutiM Server, Refiling Server, and Watchdog Server, but also new components and functionality for the client-side.

We're very excited about the new functionality in the WorkSite 8.5 APIs, and will continue to add support for these functions in the coming weeks and months. We also look to expand into working with, supporting, and extending other products in the larger Autonomy family of products. As always, we encourage our customers and partners to communicate with us to help us drive and prioritize these demands. After all, Functionality is a Function of You!

Ed Bergstrom has joined DocAuto as channel manager. He previously served for six years at Autonomy iManage (formerly Interwoven) as a member of the legal channel management team. Ed has over thirteen years of software solution sales and channel management experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from University of Illinois at Chicago. Additionally, he spent ten years on active duty in the United States Navy and will retire from the US Naval Reserves in 2010.

Expanded Pattern Matching for HIPAA and Other Compliance

ATLANTA — October 6, 2009 — DocAuto, the leading provider of software solutions for Autonomy iManage WorkSite, announced today several enhancements to its OutiM Server e-mail management application. These enhancements include the ability to use pattern matching in Subject and Content filters, now with support for a broader set of wildcards. Wildcard matching is useful for assuring compliance with HIPAA and other personal information compliance statutes. These wildcards can be used whether performing filtering to identify content to be moved into WorkSite, or wildcard searching for WorkSite Folders or WorkSpaces in order to dynamically determine e-mail filing destinations.

DocAuto Continues to Grow

DocAuto is in the midst of almost doubling our office space at our headquarters in Atlanta to support our expanded development, support, and professional services departments. Despite the current economic climate, our business continues to be strong worldwide, probably because of the great efficiencies and rapid return on investment our products provide. We are looking to add significant new functionality to our popular OutiM Server product in the coming weeks to adapt to the huge number of enhancement requests we have received from our growing customer base on this product. All of our products have now been ported to the WorkSite 8.5 platform as well, which is producing additional opportunities for powerful new functionality. In addition to the changes to OutiM Server, we also plan to have major new enhancements to WorkSpace Manager as well by first quarter 2010.

All of our product development is driven by feedback and requests we get from you, our customers and partners. This is the motivation behind our new company tag line, “Functionality is a Function of You™”, which reflects our main reason for being -- to provide the solutions you need quickly and efficiently, and to provide the power and flexibility within the products to allow for their application to a continuously changing business environment.
